camionzote

big or long bus

Adding "ote" to the end of word is a common suffix to emphasize the large size of that object. In this case, "camión" which usually refers to trucks is used to refer to all large automobiles, and even larger ones which are those buses so large they are double-deckers or have that break in the middle so they can turn more easily. camión + z + ote =camionzote
