fresa sin crema

to non-ironically imitate the wealthy

This word literally translates as "strawberry without cream". "Fresa", the word for strawberry, is Mexican slang refers to someone from the upper-classes who is stuck up and snobby. When adding "sin crema" (without cream) it implies the person is not really from the upper-class. This is said normally when someone says "osea" or rolls their eyes at something, acting snobbishly or superior when really they are in the same place as everyone else.
