"Pilón" has many different literal meaning, from "pile of grapes or olives" to "post" and "trough". This phrase however is used when you mention a list of things done by someone else that you don't like and before the last thing you say "on top of it all", For example "You spent all your money, used all your checks, used all your credit cards and de pilón you broke my piggy bank and spent all my money."
